1. Acceptance

By accessing page-ashfield.click or engaging Page Ashfield Co., Ltd. (“Page Ashfield,” “we,” “us”) for hardware-wallet maintenance calendars, balance snapshots, firmware sessions, or related consultation services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or our services.

2. Services described

Page Ashfield provides non-custodial hardware wallet care: maintenance scheduling, firmware update assistance, seed-backup storage reviews, and on-chain balance snapshots formatted for personal or preparer use. We do not custody cryptocurrency, execute transactions on your behalf, or provide investment advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to contract under South Korean law. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining control of your devices and backup materials.

4. Appointments and remote sessions

Scheduled sessions require confirmation via email or phone. Remote sessions depend on your internet connection and device readiness. We may reschedule due to technician illness, public holidays, or force majeure events with reasonable notice.

5. Client responsibilities

You must:

  • Retain control of seed phrases and passphrases at all times
  • Verify addresses on-device during and after sessions
  • Inform us of device defects, prior recovery attempts, or legal disputes affecting your holdings
  • Not request us to conceal, launder, or misrepresent asset ownership

6. Fees and payment

Fees are quoted per session, programme, or estimate. Payment terms appear on invoices. Website pricing is informational; no checkout occurs on this site. Late payment may suspend future calendar entries until the account is settled.

7. Intellectual property

Website text, ledger templates, and session summary formats are owned by Page Ashfield or licensed to us. You receive a personal licence to use documents we deliver for your own records. You may not resell or publish our templates commercially without written consent.

8. Confidentiality

We treat client device models, address labels you provide, and session notes as confidential within our organisation. Balance snapshots are delivered through encrypted channels agreed at intake. You are responsible for securing files once delivered.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of South Korea, Page Ashfield is not liable for:

  • Loss of assets due to compromised seed phrases, phishing, or client-side errors
  • Blockchain network delays, forks, or third-party software defects
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use

Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a paid service is limited to the fees paid for that specific service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Page Ashfield against claims arising from your misuse of services, violation of these Terms, or misrepresentation of your authority over wallets addressed in sessions.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Gwangju, South Korea, shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
