This policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data when you visit page-ashfield.click or engage our hardware-wallet maintenance and balance snapshot services.
3. Data we collect
Website visitors: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referral source, cookie identifiers (see Cookie Policy).
Clients and enquirers: name, email, phone, appointment preferences, hardware wallet models, address labels you choose to share, invoice details, and correspondence.
We do not collect or store seed phrases, passphrases, or private keys.

5. Legal bases (where applicable)
Processing may rely on contract performance, legitimate interests in operating a professional practice, consent for optional analytics cookies, and legal compliance.
6. Retention
Enquiry emails: up to 24 months unless a client relationship forms. Client records and invoices: typically seven years for accounting and tax compliance. Snapshot files: until you request deletion after delivery, or seven years if part of an annual programme ledger. Website logs: up to 12 months.
7. Sharing and processors
We use hosting, email, and encrypted file-transfer providers that process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data if required by Korean law or court order.
8. International transfers
Primary storage is in South Korea. If a processor stores data abroad, we assess safeguards consistent with applicable Korean privacy requirements.
9. Your rights
Subject to Korean law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection regarding your personal data, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. 10. Security
We use access controls, encrypted delivery for snapshot files, and staff training on non-custodial handling. No method of transmission is fully secure; you are responsible for securing devices receiving our files.

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18.
