How we price
Our services are priced per session, per snapshot set, or per annual programme — not as a subscription software tier. Estimates depend on device count, address complexity, and whether delivery is in-office or remote.

Estimate factors
Device count — Multiple hardware wallets add session time for sequential updates and ledger entries.
Address complexity — Multisig and passphrases hidden wallets require longer snapshot confirmation calls.
Delivery mode — Remote sessions carry the same labour rates; in-office walk-ins for firmware are limited to published desk hours.
Urgency — Same-week snapshot requests outside the maintenance calendar may incur a ₩25,000 scheduling fee if technician capacity allows.
Deposits
Annual programme enrolment requires a 30% deposit upon calendar confirmation. Remaining balance invoiced quarterly. Single-session bookings do not require a deposit unless materials must be ordered (e.g., metal backup plates sourced on request).
What rates do not include
Transaction fees, hardware purchases, tax preparation, or legal counsel. Pricing is informational; no checkout on this site.
