Quarterly touchpoints for cold-storage holders
How our calendar works
Annual programme clients receive a printed twelve-month calendar with colour-coded touchpoints: firmware review windows, balance snapshot dates, and seed-backup audit reminders. Digital reminders are sent fourteen days before each entry.
Sample maintenance year
The table below illustrates a typical cadence for a holder with one Ledger and one Trezor, snapshots aligned to quarter-ends (KST).

Firmware release windows
We track manufacturer release notes for Ledger, Trezor, and Coldcard. When a security-critical release appears, programme clients receive an optional expedited session offer outside the regular calendar. Acceptance is always at your discretion.
Booking outside the programme
Single-session clients may request ad-hoc calendar slots for snapshots or firmware. Availability is published two months ahead via our scheduling team.
